Heaven's Bell  is a non-profit diaper pantry serving residents of Hawkins and Sullivan County, TN.  We are located in the Church Hill Shopping Center, just off of Hwy. 11W.  We are a mission of Of One Accord Ministries, based in Rogersville, TN.

• diapers are very expensive and are not covered by WIC or SNAP (food stamps)

• many low income families are unable to purchase adequate numbers of diapers for their infants/toddlers

• infants can go through 12 diapers a day; toddlers 8-10

• child care businesses require parents to provide a daily supply of diapers; many people are unable to work because they are unable to buy the diapers

• when diapers are not changed, infants/toddlers are subject to urinary tract infections, rashes, and infections

• cleaner, drier babies are happier babies

• tragically, frequently crying babies suffer a higher incidence of child abuse
