Heaven's Bell Diaper Pantry offers dignity to families by providing diapers and period supplies while engaging the community and raising awareness for diaper need.

• our hours of operation are Wednesday from 10am - 1pm and the first Saturday of every month from 10am-12pm 

• persons seeking diapers must be the parent or legal guardian of the child 

• on the first visit, the parent/guardian will be interviewed to determine eligibility; the following documentation is required:  Tennessee DL or ID showing a Hawkins/Sullivan County address, social security cards for all family members, proof of income for all family members, a recent copy of your SNAP (food stamp) letter (if any), and proof of legal guardianship (if applicable). Recipients will be re-validated yearly

• if eligible, and based on our stock, we will provide a quantity of diapers as close as possible to the correct size for each infant and toddler
