What we do . . .

Here at Heaven's Bell, we are driven by a single goal; to do what we can, when we can, to provide for and protect the most vulnerable members of our society: infants and toddlers.  We do that by providing diapers free of charge to parents/legal guardians who demonstrate financial need (USDA guidelines).

  • our hours of operation are Monday and Wednesday from 10am - 1pm

  • persons seeking diapers must be the parent or legal guardian of a child from birth to 3 years of age

  • on the first visit, the parent/guardian will be interviewed to determine eligibility; the following documentation is required:  Tennessee DL or ID showing a Hawkins/Sullivan County address, social security cards for all family members, proof of income for all family members, a recent copy of your SNAP (food stamp) letter (if any), and proof of legal guardianship (if applicable). Recipients will be re-validated yearly

  • if eligible, and based on our stock, we will provide a quantity of diapers as close as possible to the correct size for each infant and toddler
